Study on evaluation and countermeasures on occupational health condition in a shipyard
Abstract: With the development of economy in China, China’s shipbuilding industry makes a great progress. Although the development of the shipbuilding industry has played an important role in the contribution of China's economic, the production process of shipbuilding has double issues of safety and health. Shipbuilding industry almost covers all types of heavy industries, including welding, painting occupying the main status, and its operation is relatively large. To this end, select the typical workplace for investigation and analysis, and make a comprehensive evaluation of its occupational health situation is very necessary. Occupational hazards today is a growing problem, and how to strengthen the effectiveness of the shipbuilding industry occupational hazards prevention and control measures to protect the safety of workers' lives and health of the shipbuilding industry has become an urgent need to solve the current problem. According to the results of the assessment to develop comprehensive measures including hardware and software, to ensure the enterprise property from loss, and to ensure the health and safety of workers in which the production environment as well as their body, make the dangerous source control, reduce the incidence of accidents.
