Research on the Influential Factors of Migrant Worker’s Intention of House-Purchase in Cities：Take the Migrant Workers of Nanjing as an Example
Abstract：The paper studies the influential factors of migrant worker’s intention of house-purchase in cities which includes the personal characteristics factor, family characteristics factor, social factor and policy factor. Based the relative literature review and reference relative theory, the paper constructs Logistic regression model to measure the influence degree of various impact factors on the house purchase will, using SPSS21.0 statistical software to analysis data. The results indicate: the influential factors of migrant worker’s intention of house purchase in cities is inter-province mobilization, the percentage of migrant worker in the family, family ‘s annual income, housing fund and credit. We can conclude that we can improve the migrant workers’ intention of house-purchase in cities through the following methods. (1) We should speed up the land circulation, and help the migrant worker to find jobs. (2) Reform the housing fund policy and reduce the migrant worker’s credit restriction.
