摘 要:移动智能终端的普及,把员工关系管理与移动技术相结合,探讨移动HR情境下的员工关系管理所面临的挑战与对策。本文主要采用文献分析法,得出移动HR对员工关系管理有促进作用。员工关系管理在新形势下面临的挑战主要集中于管理理念、海量数据的管理、沟通机制的重塑。相应的对策主要有:结合大数据对员工进行人本管理、运用移动技术增强自我管理满足员工的多样化需求,进而营造一个积极向上的文化氛围。28338 毕业论文关键词:移动HR;移动技术;员工关系
Discussing the employee relationship management strategy in the Scenario of mobile human resource management
Abstract: The popularity of mobile intelligent terminals, the employee relationship management combined with mobile technology, analysis the challenges and countermeasures that employee relationship management faced in the contexts of mobile HR. This paper mainly adopts literature analysis of method. The article shows that think mobile HR is helpful to employee relationship management at present. What the challenges employee relationship management faced with: filtering and reviewing the mass recruitment information; the reshaping of internal communication mechanism; the management of employee relationship explores the value of former employee. The countermeasures including combined with large data employees on humanistic management, meet the perse needs of the staff, the construction of a harmonious and positive culture atmosphere.
