国有企业研发人员应聘简历评价方法研究——以中船第九设计研究院工程有限公司为例
摘要:随着经济全球化的不断深入,国内外企业间的招聘竞争变得越发激烈。目前,我国仍有一些国有企业在招聘中采取的简历评价方法存在着不足之处,严重影响到了企业自身的发展。因此,本论文将以上海市的国有企业作为切入点,深入了解国有企业目前的招聘机制和用人情况,着重从其招聘中的简历筛选环节开始研究,找出国有企业的简历评价方法。同时,以中船第九设计研究院工程有限公司为例,研究其研发人员招聘的基本情况、运作现状及评价研发人员简历时存在的问题,并根据国外著名企业的成功招聘经验提出优化简历评价环节的具体对策,试图帮助国有企业完善其招聘体系。5667

A Study of Evaluation Method of Resume for R&D Personnel of State-owned Enterprises──Take China Shipbuilding NDRI Engineering Co., Ltd as an Example
Abstract: With the deepening of economic globalization, the competition of domestic and foreign enterprises becomes more and more fierce. Nowadays, in our country, some state-owned enterprises still have inadequacies in resume evaluation methods, seriously affected the development of themselves. Therefore, to begin with the state-owned enterprises in Shanghai, this paper will in-depth understand of state-owned enterprise recruitment mechanism and recruitment conditions at present and research from resume screening process in recruitment, in order to find out the resume evaluation method of state-owned enterprises. Meanwhile, take China Shipbuilding NDRI Engineering Co., Ltd as an example, consider its basic situation, operation situation, and problems in resume evaluation of R&D personnel, and according to the success recruitment experience of the famous foreign enterprise, to put forward to specific measures of resume evaluation in recruitment process, and try to help state-owned enterprises to improve their recruitment systems.
