摘 要:本文是从河南省中选取的5家企业的员工作为研究对象,探讨在以组织支持感为中间桥梁的条件下,得出员工的核心自我评价与组织公民行为之间的关系。再对相关问卷的数据进行描述性统计分析、相关分析、回归分析和方差分析,然后得到以下结论:企业员工的核心自我评价、组织支持感与组织公民行为表现出显著的正相关,企业员工的核心自我评价、组织支持感是预测其组织公民行为的显著变量。企业员工的组织支持感的中介作用表现在核心自我评价影响其组织公民行为的过程中。32801 毕业论文关键词:核心自我评价;组织支持感;组织公民行为
The Impact of Enterprise Employees’ Core Self-Evaluation, Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior
Abstract: This article 5 companies employees are selected from henan province as the research object,discussed among perceived organizational support for bridge condition,it is concluded that the core of the employee self evaluation and the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior. Descriptive statistics on the related questionnaire data analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and variance analysis,and then get the following conclusion: the core of enterprise employees self assessment, perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior showed significant positive correlation, the core of the enterprise staff self assessment, perceived organizational support is a significant variable in predicting its organizational citizenship behavior.Enterprise employees' perceived organizational support the intermediary role of core self-evaluation influence its performance in the process of organizational citizenship behavior.
