Dilemma Analysis of Broadband Salary Application
Abstract: Broadband salary has the superiority conditions of guiding employees to improving personal quality, promoting enterprise human resource management and adapting to enterprise development demands. It is valued for its significant human resource management means that can effectively assist strategy implementation of enterprises. However, in the process of applying broadband salary management for enterprises, some problems still exit, such as labor cost increase of salary design, traditional enterprise culture suffering impacts and applicability restriction of broadband salary design structure. Thus, relevant issues shall be solved from the perspectives of employee occupation career planning, flat organization structure establishment, complete management performance system and favorable enterprise culture.
