摘 要:在当今信息全球化、经济迅速发展的社会,中小企业在市场经济的浪潮中不断发展并充实自己,成为支撑我国经济的重要支柱产业。遍及河南各地的中小企业也成为带动中原经济区建设的中间力量,然而河南中小企业发展仍不成熟,存在许多问题,使其在人才的吸纳上不具有绝对的竞争力,人才成为制约中小企业发展的短板。如何留住核心人才,降低基层员工流失率,保证员工较高的满意度,已成为河南省中小企业考虑的主要问题。本文从员工的职业生涯管理方面出发,分析河南省中小企业人员流失的问题。通过查阅文献针对河南省中小企业员工职业生涯管理的现状及问题进行研究,提出相应的解决策略。34521 毕业论文关键字:职业生涯;规划;发展;宽带薪酬
Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Employees’ Career Managemant Research of Henan Province
Abstract: In the society of information globalization and the rapid development of social economy,small and medium-sized enterprises develop and enrich themselves constantly in the wave of economic development,they have become an important industry that supports our country’s economic.Those small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan province still become the most important driving power of the central plains economic zone construction.While,the development of those enterprises in Henan is inmature,there are a lot of problems.This leads to a phenomenon that they are not competitive in terms of attracting talent,talents become a restricting factor of those small and medium-sized enterprises’ development.How to keep the core talents,reduce the turnover rate of junior staff and ensure their satisfaction,has become an important considered problem of small and medium-sized enterprises.This article enbarks from stuff career management,analysis the problem of small and medium-sized enterprises’ stuff turnover.Through the literature,this article studies the status quo and problems of small and medium-sized enterprises’ stuff career management in Henan province,thus,put forward the strategy to solve these problems.
