The Present Situation and Countermeasures on Employment Psychological for University Students
Abstract: Employment psychology is the employment problem of college students in the process of continuous development and complex various psychological characteristics when they think of the future.Good employment psychology is the key to promote the students employment effectively.Now,university students' employment psychological have some problems,cognitive psychological deviation and emotional up or down,social psychological disorders and so on. There are a variety of causes of the university students' employment psychological problems,we should to develop the students' psychological adjustment ability, strengthen college students' employment work, improve the university students' employment market, family also go to help the university students' employment psychological pressure,we can do our best to solve the problem,debugging all kinds of psychological problems of the university students, promote the effective employment of the university students.

前言
随着我国高等教育的普遍化、大众化，高校毕业生就业制度的革新，曾经“天之骄子”的时代已经过去，高校毕业生单方向选择的局面已经被打破，“供需见面，双向选择”已成为当代大学生就业的基本途径。双向选择、自主择业的就业政策为今天的大学生提供了越来越多的机会，同时也使他们心理上承受比过去更多的压力。能否正确的认识当前严峻的就业形势，调整好自己的就业心态，是当今高校毕业生有待解决的一个重要难题。本文在阐述当代大学生就业形势的基础上，全方位地分析了当代大学生普遍存在的就业心理及其原因，并据此运用所学的相关知识提出了相应的调试对策，培养大学生良好、健康积极的就业心态。
