摘要:在激烈的市场竞争时代,我国越来越多的杰出人才脱颖而出。想要形成一支与世界发展潮流相适应的职业高层管理人员队伍,因此越来越多人力资源管理学家和组织行为学家的重视和关注采用什么标准来选拔和培养企业高层管理者。本文以中小型企业为例评价研究适用于广大中小企业的管理者胜任力模型。本文首先在胜任力的相关理论基础上,概括总结出胜任力目前存在的一些问题;其次通过对管理层胜任力模型的研究,统计整理出企业管理者的胜任力特质,尝试性地构建了中小型企业管理者的胜任力评价指标体系,并结合具体的案例分析;最后通过概括了胜任力及胜任力模型的研究理论,对研究资料进行定性和定量相结合的方式进行评价。本课题的研究希望能为企业的人力资源管理提供一些有益的见解。 35971 毕业论文关键词: 中小型企业; 管理层; 胜任力
A Research of evaluated Methods on Management Competency of SMEs
Abstract: In the fierce market competition, more and more outstanding talents in China. And we want to adapt to the development trend of the world professional senior management team, a growing number of human resource management and organizational behavior pay more attention to what criteria are used to select and train senior managers of enterprises, This article applies to small and medium enterprises, first based on theories in competency, I general summary out competency which currently exists of some problems, for example evaluation of Manager Competency model among small and medium enterprises; second throughout management competency model of research, sorted out enterprise managers of competency traits and attempted to build small and medium enterprise managers of competency evaluation system, then combined specific of case analysis; finally used quantitative methods of research data and proved that is evaluated and qualitative. The research of this topic will provide some helpful insights for enterprise's human resources management.
