摘要: 随着社会经济的不断发展,市场竞争也越来越剧烈,而中小民营企业要想在这样的环境中更好生存,那必须高度重视人力资源管理工作。招聘处于人力资源管理中的核心环节,招聘工作关系着企业的生存发展。然而实施招聘工作的同时必然伴随着招聘风险,这些风险都将会给企业带来损失,为规避风险增强中小民营企业的竞争力。笔者论文以江西齐峰水泥有限责任公司为例,对该公司进行实地调研,问卷调查,收集数据,分析中小民营企业招聘风险产生的原因,为解决中小民营企业招聘风险问题,研究建立一套有效的防范机制,对支持中国中小民营企业的发展做出一些贡献。

Abstract:With the continuous development of social economy, market competition is becoming more and more intense, the small and medium-sized private enterprises want to survive in such an environment, it must attach great importance to the human resources management work. Recruitment is in the core link in human resources management, recruiting working relationship with enterprise's survival and development. Recruitment work at the same time, however, inevitably accompanied by recruitment risk, these risks will bring losses to the enterprise,To avoid risk, enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized private enterprises.The author to Jiangxi Qifeng cement Co., LTD. as an example, the field investigation and research on the company, questionnaire survey,collect data, analyze the causes of small and medium-sized private enterprises recruitment risk, to solve the problem of small and medium-sized private enterprises recruitment risk, the study establishes a set of effective prevention mechanism, to support the development of China's small and medium-sized private enterprises to make some contribution.
