摘 要:中华老字号作为我国商业文化的重要载体、名牌经济的重要组成部分和民族工商业的精华,拥有很强的历史文化价值和经济价值。纵观我国老字号企业的发展现状,除极少数品牌能够做到继续保持向前发展外,绝大多数品牌已经从市场上销声匿迹。为此,本文借以“全聚德"个案为切入点,试图通过分析全聚德在品牌重塑的过程中所采取的措施,汲取其品牌激活的成功经验,为更多老字号企业的品牌重振提供指导和帮助,并总结出适合老字号企业品牌重塑的共通策略与方法。36938 毕业论文关键词:中华老字号;全聚德;品牌重塑
Study on the Remodeling Strategy of Chinese Time-honored Brand-- In case of Quanjude
Abstract:Chinese time-honored brand as the important carrier of Chinese commercial culture, an important part of famous brand economy and the essence of the national industry and commerce, has strong historical and cultural value and economic value. Throughout the current situation of the development of the old enterprises , except a few brands can keep going forward, the vast majority of brand has disappeared from the market. Therefore, resorting to the case of “Quanjude” as the entry point , this article tries to analyze the measures of “ Quanjude” taken in the process of brand remodeling, draw on the successful experience of the brand remodeling, provides guidance and help for more time-honored enterprises and summarize the suitable common strategies and methods for more time-honored enterprises to remodel brand.
