Abstract: With the appearance of the conflicts between doctors and patients, medical social workers are gradually getting attention by hospital. But in the developing process of medical social work, problems still exit. For example , the lack of medical social workers' professional, medical social workers lack of color will resources, etc. On the basis of field trips, this paper applied the method of qualitative research to longhua medical social work and the ward of the hospital to visit the five-star volunteers interview, through data analysis and field investigation, it is concluded that the accounting computerization service mode of the present status of medical social workers, service achievements and existing problems. This paper holds that the lack of professionalism of medical social workers and social support system is not perfect, carry out the work of professional medical social work is the main influence factors. Emotional support system and the social support network is a medical social worker provides room to visit the core elements in the process of service.
