摘 要:随着社会的发展石油开采技术不断进步、石油贸易不断开放,我国的石油企业取得了长足的进步。但同时也面临着巨大的压力,尤其是给人力资源管理方面带来了较大的挑战,但也为人力资源管理外包活动的开展带来了新的契机。本文根据国有企业和人力资源管理外包相关理论对石油企业人力资源管理外包的现状和存在的问题进行了分析,并结合石油企业的具体情况提出了相应的建议。争取为我国的国有企业在人力资源管理外包方面的发展提供一定的参考。37578 毕业论文关键词:国有企业;石油企业;人力资源管理;人力资源管理外包
