The Enterprise of Cognition And Thinking of College Students'Quality Requirements
Abstract:The quality of college students is becoming increasingly prominent, also received attention from all sectors of society. Enterprises believe that the quality of the college students is generally not high, the actual demand and with the employing units have a certain gap, the specific performance in: the basic quality of college students is not high; the knowledge level of college students is not high, their professional knowledge and professional skills of low; college students lack the ability of certain; college students lack certain psychological quality. To solve these problems, companies that colleges and universities should take students' quality and enterprise requirements as the starting point, earnestly implement the national quality education philosophy, strengthen students' basic quality; college students should also learn how to be autonomous learning and improve their level of knowledge; to strengthen the cooperation with schools, improve the quality of the ability of college students; to strengthen the cultivation of College Students' psychological health knowledge, improve the level of mental health of college students, to promote the development of physical and mental health of college student.

企业对大学生素质要求的认知与思考
前言
大学生是一群特殊的青年，不仅对建设中国特色社会主义社会事业有着重大的作用，而且对企业的发展壮大也有着不可小觑的作用。因此，对大学生素质的培养势不可挡。通过对企业进行问卷调查得知，现在很多企业都表示大学生的素质存在很多问题,要以企业与社会发展的要求为出发点，从基本素质、知识水平、能力素质、心理素质这四方面培养大学生，使其成为企业需要的人才。
