摘 要:随着知识经济时代的到来,企业所面临的竞争日益激烈,而市场的竞争就是人才的竞争。众多企业把人才看做是企业的重要资源,并且是惟一的动态资源。新员工是为企业注入的“新鲜血液”,许多企业对新员工进行入职培训在认识上和执行力中都存在误区,使得新员工入职培训流于形式化,达不到预期效果。本文通过对河南省新郑富士康新员工入职培训存在的问题进行研究,提出新员工培训的应对策略,通过策略改善员工培训,完善企业培训体系,促进企业又好又快发展。38239 毕业论文关键词:新员工;入职培训;培训方式;反馈评估
