Comprehensive intervention on Internet addiction in college students
Abstract: With the progress of the Times, science and technology, the Internet has become one of the most important parts of life. College students have easy access to internet addiction because they are in special circumstances and psychology, thus, the phenomenon that Internet addiction in college students has become hot topics in the study of many subjects such as psychology and sociology. How to guide students to correctly use the Internet and make use of the Internet to enrich their learning life and improve their quality is the urgent need of research subject. This study makes a brief introduction to the present situation and causes of college students Internet Addiction. Six students who got IAD were screened from the questionnaire data, a variety of methods were used in the case intervention and the five-students-group intervention, so as to alleviate the addiction and promote them to development. The main methods in the interventions are the cognitive behavioral therapy, aversion therapy and interest in alternative method. The effect of interventions is found preferably.

引言
《2009青少年网瘾调查报告》结果显示，目前我国城市青少年网民中网瘾青少年约占14.1%，人数约2404.2万人，本科生、研究生分别占据了网瘾青少年比例的13.6%和14.1%。网瘾对大学生造成了多方面的影响。2003年3月武汉理工大学计算机系学生唐某，在上网游戏过程中，由于情绪过于紧张，头颅内血管压力增高，引起脑动脉破裂，头颅内大面积脑出血，形成脑疝，导致脑死亡，结束了年仅21岁的生命。2002年河北省燕山大学有120名大学生因累计欠学分达到或超过20分退学，他们其中有85%以上是因为过度沉溺网络而荒废学业。有研究表明，过度使用网络常常会导致情绪障碍和社会适应困难；心理上会出现注意力不能集中和持久，记忆力减退，对其他活动缺乏兴趣，对网络有依赖感，从而不断增加上网时间；生活上不能文持正常的睡眠周期，停止上网时会出现失眠、头痛等现象；行为上会出现品行障碍，甚至出现攻击行为等。
