少数民族地区的社工服务现状调查
Social Work Services in the Minority Areas of Investigation, the K in Xinjiang Region, for Example
Abstract: In the face of such a huge population and geographical scope, there has been a lack of development and progress in national social work in China. There are few related studies with academic value. The pain of K in the Xinjiang region of the ethnic minority areas of social work service present situation investigation, through the interview method, and combined with literature, analysis of the status quo and the causes of local ethnic minorities. Based on the survey, local ethnic social services are in a primitive state. A series of mechanism is not perfect for social workers and causes some vulnerable groups to remain in the relatively primitive accept simple substances help level. However, the local social work system has some new direction and development opportunities. In addition, the local cultural exchanges brought about by the differences of different ethnic groups are further pressure for local social work development.

一、 绪论
（一）研究缘起
在现有阶段，民族地区的社会工作发展和社会服务问题越发成为一个显性问题出现在政府和公众面前，社会工作作为社会服务的一种重要方式，一直在致力于帮助我国的少数民族地区进行社会服务融合。
中国是—个统一的多民族国家,根据2000年全国人口普查公报的统计,中国大陆的少数民族有10643万人,占全国人口的8.41%。少数民族自治也是我国的基本国情，民族自治地区都处于偏远地区，占地面积广大，国土占有率达到百分之64。
相比较于我国的庞大的民族大家庭来说,我国的民族社会工作的发展却一直没有进展，而且相关研究甚少，少数民族地区的社会工作服务现状调查不仅对社会工作有着积极的影响，还对少数民族地区的社会发展存在着及其重要的作用，对于少数民族地区的稳定、团结共建、繁荣发展都将打下良好的基础，对解民族间文化、宗教信仰差异所引发的问题有着一定的帮助。
