企业与公益组织合作的电子垃圾回收利用现状

Abstract
This paper focuses on corporate and public organizations of e-waste recycling, using the empirical analysis and normative analysis method to study the obstacles to cooperation between the drive mechanism and electronic waste recycling in businesses and public organizations. Firstly, based on field surveys and questionnaires on the analysis of the current situation of Guangzhou e-waste recycling, are: First, the surge in e-waste production and disposal unreasonable; second, the formal sector is sluggish, a sound market system is difficult formation; third, the legal concepts and environmental consciousness of residents is not strong. Then, e-waste recycling companies and public organizations in partnership as the key to hope that the computer room project as an example, the analysis of the business and public organizations drive mechanism and enterprise cooperation and collaboration of public organizations. On this basis, to further explore the barriers to e-waste recycling in businesses and public organizations, including: the early years of the relationship between lack of volunteers, funding, business and public interest organizations among troubled companies and public organizations and credibility and resources other aspects of the asymmetry. Finally, these barriers are proposed countermeasures, are: to give businesses tax incentives to support businesses and public organizations to cooperate to strengthen the communication between employees and volunteers to establish mid-term evaluation, as well as the establishment of information sharing network platform and intermediary organizations to promote bilateral symmetry information.
