The Effects and Shaping Methods of Team Spirits in Enterprises

Abstract

    In modern times, our society is full of competitiveness which has the feature of globalization and informatization and which also selects the superior and eliminates the inferior. To survive well in the times full of opportunities and challenges, we must build lasting competitive advantages. Compared to a person with the idea of inpidualistic heroism, the person holding team consciousness and being skilled at team cooperation will undoubtedly have more living space and brighter prospect. From the term of enterprises’ teams and their spirits’ connotation, in order to emphasize the effects and methods of shaping team spirits; the thesis illustrates the importance of team spirits in enterprises and the principles of cultivating team spirits. Meanwhile, through the cultivation and development of team spirits, it will be beneficial to efficiently exploit and take advantage of human resources and make enterprises stronger.
