摘 要:21世纪是品牌纵横的世纪,品牌已成为企业最有潜力的资产,品牌已经超越了人力、技术、资金、管理等,成为企业的核心资源。品牌扩张是企业实施品牌战略的重要途径之一,也是企业发展、品牌壮大的有效途径。然而近年来,我国民营企业在品牌扩张过程存在着严重的短视行为,即品牌管理意识缺乏,整体品牌战略规划混乱,品牌定位盲目,品牌的核心价值观念淡薄,缺乏对品牌危机管理的有效应对机制。因此,企业在品牌扩张过程中要强化品牌意识,有效规划品牌战略途径,重视品牌核心价值的塑造,建立有效品牌危机管理的应对体系。8134

On the problems existing in private enterprise brand expansion and development countermeasures
Abstract: The 21st century is the century of brand spreading,the brand has become the company’s most promising assets,it has surpassed the manpower, technical,capital and management,to become the company’s core resources. Brand expansion is an important way for enterprises to carry out brand strategies, meanwhile,it is also an effective method for developing business and strengthening brand. However,recently,there is a serious short-sight for China’s private enterprises in brand expansion,that is,the lack of brand management awareness,the confusion of overall brand strategic planning,brand positioning blind,the brand’s core values weak,and the lack of an effective crisis management brand coping.Therefore, enterprises in brand expansion process have to strengthen brand awareness,brand strategy and effective way of planning,pay attention to the brand’s core values shape, and build brand crisis response system for effective management.
