摘要:餐饮业作为第三产业,与国民的生活质量密切相关,改革开放以来,随着经济发展和人民生活水平的提高,中国的餐饮业保持着高速的发展,但是仍然爆暴露出了很多问题和不足,目前国内的餐饮界还没有形成与国际知名品牌并驾齐驱的强势品牌。本毕业论文先对我国餐饮业的现状和问题进行了详细分析,并且提出了品牌经营的对策,接着对真功夫成功的案例进行阐述,为我国大部分餐饮企业如何进行品牌经营提供了范例,探讨我国的餐饮企业该如何在激烈的市场竞争环境中生存并发展壮大,建立起成功的自由品牌。8135 关键词:餐饮企业;品牌;经营分析
Catering enterprises in the brand management analysis
Abstract:as the third industry, catering industry is closely related to the quality of life of citizens, since China’s reform and opening up, along with economic development of people’s living standards, the development of China’s catering industry maintained a high speed, but still has exposed many problems and the insufficiency, the current domestic catering sector is not yet formed strong brand with the international famous brands. Firstly, the present situation and problems of the catering industry are analyzed in detail, and then on the case of kung fu success, for most of the catering enterprises in China provides a model how to brand management, and discusses how should China’s catering enterprises in the fierce market competition environment to survive and development, set up the own brand of success.
