Poor Families and Family Services: Comprehensive Family-centered model of welfare services
Abstract：Guaranteeing social transformation problem in China is worsening, the implementation of urban minimum living guarantee social stability will undoubtedly become an important aspect of the current emphasis on social welfare services only for Poor Families in the rescue of inpiduals. Based on the minimal needs households subsistence show history, analysis of urban low family to enjoy social welfare in the various problems faced, then grasp the Poor Families in the current situation is really suitable for them to enjoy the social welfare services, and provide insight into how to improve family welfare service model, to be able to effectively help low income families. This paper argues that we should improve family welfare service model and implementation of research results, and improve family welfare service model for the target groups of level design, thus effectively guaranteeing that families demand for different relief, so that low income families to enjoy the Good their family welfare services.
