The Study of Huishan Dairy Group’s Social Responsibility
Abstract: The competition in China's dairy industry is becoming increasingly fierce, the social responsibility of the production and operation of domestic dairy enterprises in the exposed. In the past few years, the construction in the aspects of Huishan dairy milk source base and milk source quality management has made breakthrough progress; in the process of market it has also been considerable development and improves. Huishan dairy self-built ranch, in the future will become the world's only milk source supply dairy company, has the world's largest dairy cattle breeding base, has the world's largest organic biological fertilizer production base, has the world's largest cattle manure biogas purification of compressed gas production base, China has the most concentrated alfalfa planting base. Huishan dairy related inspection institutions recognized in the milk source quality, supply chain management, thus the self-contained. The study of Huishan dairy supply chain management, corporate social responsibility, to find the Huishan dairy exists in the social responsibility of the problem, and combined with the practice of corporate social responsibility, by using the theory of supply chain management and corporate social responsibility theory analysis, and provides the Countermeasures on the problems of the corresponding Huishan dairy.
