摘要针对现阶段建成的小学多是过去行政部门基于主观因素考虑进行选址和布局,使得学校的分布存在不合理现象.本文基于徐州市2014年镇(街道)的政区图、小学分布图、道路交通矢量图的空间数据以及市镇(街道)人口的属性数据建立地理信息数据库,利用GIS空间分析模块,实现对徐州市小学教育资源的可达性分析。结果表明:1)小学空间布局合理性总体来说一般,小学资源可服务48.1%的居民,服务面积仅有18%,服务区人口密度是1964人/km2,整体小学数量不足,可达性不够理性的区域位于徐州市贾汪区和邳州市交界处、铜山县和睢宁县的交界以及新沂市的西部,这与相邻县区县政府的政策规划上没有进行统筹规划,共同协调相关。2)徐州市93%的区域小学数量分布均匀,人口密度是650人/km2以上,服务水平低。形成的5个聚集的小学群分别是徐州主城区、邳州市的运河镇、新沂市的新安镇,丰县的凤城镇、沛县的沛城镇。研究结果旨在于政府对小学进行空间布局规划时,为整体的空间布局、辐射范围提供一定的参考。该论文有图4幅,表2个,参考文献15篇。71143

Study on accessibility of primary schools in Xuzhou based on GIS technique

Abstract The present primary schools are allocated by government based on subjectivity which has an unreasonable phenomenon.The paper established geographic information database based on the maps of politics on 2014, primary schools, networks roads and the popularity on the town as units.The accessibility of public squares and parks in Xuzhou is studied combined with GIS analysis technology.It turns out that: 1) The rationality of spatial distribution of primary school is generally , the resource of primary schools is available to 48.1% residents ,severice area is only 18%,the population density in service area is 1964 /km2,the primary schools is not enough.The areas are located in Jiawang and Pizhou city,the border between Tongshan and Suining ,the western of Xinyi city where the accessibility is repetitiveness. It because that adjacent county government don’t plan together and town planning and land allocation had not be coordinated. 2) 93% primary schools have uniformly distributed ,population density is 650 per square mile and the city has low level of service.all primary schools formate five primary groups which are in main city of Xuzhou ,Xinyi city Xin’an town ,Fengxian Fengcheng town ,Peixian cities and towns.The results of the study is to provide some reference for the overall spatial distribution and radiation range of the government for the spatial layout of primary schools.
