摘 要:文章从微博营销的概念、模式和特点出发,对微博营销的发展现状以及在图书销售中的应用进行分析研究,指出微博营销在图书销售应用中存在的市场规划不完善、图书微博营销人才力量薄弱、缺乏统一的营销平台、客户关系的文护不当和沟通不到位等问题,并从售前进行市场调研、售中全面调动员工进行营销、培训专业性的微博营销人员、统一营销平台和售后加强与客户的互动交流等方面提出相关的解决措施,以期为图书销售开展有效的微博营销提供可供参考的策略。关键词:微博营销;图书销售;应用研究9417
