Community Endowment Service Development Research ---Take J District in Shanghai as An Example
Abstract: With the serious aging society,”9073”pattern emerging, the pension problem has become a serious social problem. When one bed is hard to find the emergence of the situation, when the first generation of singleton female parents are aging, more and more families facing more than a couple needs to support four old men, the community endowment services arises at the historic moment. This article take J district in Shanghai as an example, through to the neighborhood committees, family endowment service center, LeLing home service sites, streets, community life service center of the old men and the service staff interviews and empirical investigation, to understand and sort out the development of community endowment service’s present situation, the old man to the community endowment service needs and the actual received service gap. And through the interviews to the service workers understand working process, the understanding of service object of the interview results, finally will learn to apply the ideas and methods of social work community endowment in the professional services and put forward to the corresponding opinions and suggestions.

（一） 研究背景及研究问题的提出
随着二十一世纪以来生产力的飞速发展和人民物质生活水平的不断提高，现代医疗技术的飞速发展，使得人口死亡率不断下降，人口预期寿命不断提高，人口老龄化的问题也日益突现。在我国，这一形式更为凸显。老年人口的比率逐年递增，中国俨然成为“未富先老”的国家，使得我国养老问题尤为突出。
