摘要多孔阳极氧化铝(PAA)纳米模板由于它有着特殊的纳米级结构,良好的机械和热稳定性,而在纳米材料的组装中得到了广泛应用,但是PAA的形成机制至今还存在很多争议,因此其制备技术也各种各样。本次毕业设计实验试图研究在含有聚乙二醇的电解液中PAA纳米模板的制备过程。由于高聚物聚乙二醇的加入,而使得电解液的电导率发生了变化,对阳极氧化时最适宜的电压和电流进行重新调整,同时探究改变了阳极氧化的条件对制备PAA纳米模板的形貌、性质和其他性能的影响,并简单探讨PEG高分子添加物在电化学领域方面和纳米领域方面的应用。22001

Title The Preparation of PAA Nano Mould in PEG Solution
Abstract
It is well known that Porous Anodic Aluminum (PAA) nano mould has the special nano structure, good mechanical and thermal stability. It has been widely applied in the assembly of nano materials because of the excellent properties, but the mechanism of PAA is still controversial, so the way to prepare PAA is various. This graduation design experiment to study on preparation process in the electrolyte containing polyethylene glycol PAA nano mould. Due to the addition of PEG, which makes the conductivity of electrolyte changes, the most suitable oxidation voltage and current were readjustment. At the same time it changed the effect of oxidation conditions on preparation of PAA nano mould on the morphology, properties and other properties, and the simple discussion about application of polymer addition in the electrochemical field and the field of nanotechnology is also discussed.
