摘要异香豆素衍生物作为一类重要的内酯化合物,在自然界中有着广泛的分布。文献发现,以前的合成的异香豆素的3位取代基主要是非含氮官能团的各种衍生物。众所周知,分子结构上的不同取代基决定了分子的各种物理和化学性质,甚至包括其生理活性,例如,异香豆素内酯环3位上是酰胺或胺基取代基时,该异香豆素衍生物是高效的蛋白激酶抑制剂,具有检测和修复细胞中潜在受损的DNA片段等生理活性。而含氮官能团的异香豆素能够通过邻炔酰胺基苯甲酸酯方便的合成。因此寻找一个简单高效的合成路线来合成邻炔酰胺基苯甲酸酯就是我们这次研究的课题。22997 毕业论文 关键词:异香豆素衍生物;邻炔酰胺苯甲酸酯
Study on Synthesis of ortho alkyne amide benzoate
Abstract
Isocoumarin derivatives as an important class of lactones is wide distribution in nature. Investgating some the revalent literatures, we found 3-substituent functional group in isocoumarin synthesiszed previous are the main non-nitrogen-containing functional groups. As is known, molecular structure with different substituents determine various physical and chemical properties of molecules even its physiological activity. For example, when 3-position substation group in lactone ring of isocoumarin is amide or amine group, the isocoumarin derivative is efficient heterologous protein kinase inhibitor, which has the potential physiological activity to detect and repair the damaged DNA fragment of cell. And nitrogen-containing functional groups isocoumarin can be easily synthesized by o alkynyl amide benzoate. Therefore, find a simple and efficient synthetic route to synthesize o alkynyl amido benzoate is the subject what we study.
