摘要:通过固相微萃取法与气相色谱-质谱法,对沉香木香气成分进行分析研究,使学生能够掌握不同的萃取方法,结合气相色谱-质谱法,并集中应用顶空固相微萃SPME-GC-MS法分析沉香木香气成分,并对香气致香成分关系进行研究与探讨。学生能初步掌握不同的萃取法及气-质联用仪器设备的操作,了解气质联用仪的性能参数,通过GC-MS分析,对其谱图进行检索,并对应用顶空固相微萃取SPME-GC-MS法分析沉香木香气成分,对香气分析与鉴定,并进行定性与定量。找出影响沉香木香气中香气成分分析香气感受的关键成分。23842 毕业论文关键词: 顶空固相微萃取法;气质联用;沉香木
SPME combined with GC-MS determination of eaglewood aroma components
Abstract: By HS-SPME and GC-MS, we study the ingredients in the eaglewood, so that students can master the different extraction methods. Combined with GC-MS, we focus on SPME-GC-MS to analysis the ingredients in the eaglewood, research and study what cause the aroma. The students can grasp the different extraction method and kearn the performance parameters of the GC-MS.
