摘要:本课题选择采用氢化铝锂还原法,以柠檬醛为原料,进行γ-羟基硫醇的制备。氢化铝锂是一种温和且具有化学选择性的还原试剂,氢化铝锂是一个复合氢化物,白色或灰白色结晶体,分子式为LiAlH4。氢化铝锂缩写为LAH,是有机合成中非常重要的还原剂,尤其是对于酯、羧酸和酰胺的还原。以硫代醋酸为溶剂,氢化铝锂能够将醛类化合物还原为一级醇,该还原反应的产率很高,可以达到90%以上。所以,采用硫代乙酸法,是一种较为便捷、定向、高效的还原柠檬醛制备γ-羟基硫醇的手段。同时,本课题也应当研究并考察反应的时间、温度和还原剂的用量等等反应条件对产品收率的影响。最后,要对产物进行柱分离以及相应的结构鉴定,从而确保实验结论的有效性和可靠性。24335 毕业论文关键词:柠檬醛;γ-羟基硫醇;硫代乙酸法;氢化铝锂;柱分离
Abstract:This thesis used lithium aluminum hydride reduction method,with citral as raw material to preparate γ-hydroxy mercaptans.Lithium aluminum hydride is a kind of mild and chemoselective reduction reagent,and lithium aluminum hydride is white or grey white crystals and complex hydride.The molecular formula is LiAlH4,abbreviated as LAH.This is very important in organic synthesis of the reducing agent,especially reducing the ester ,carboxylic acid and amide.With thiolacetic as solvent,lithium aluminum can transfer aldehyde compounds to primary alcohol.The output of this reduction is very high,at the level of 90%.So,the thioglycolic acid method is a more convenient,directional,efficient mean of reducing citral to γ-hydroxy mercaptans。At the same time,this paper should study the impact and the effects of reaction time,temperature and amount of reductant and reaction conditions on the output of the product.Finally,column separation and structural identification of the corresponding to the product,as to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the experimental conclusion.
