摘要:一氧化碳是合成许多重要化工产品的原料气体,同时一氧化碳在许多工业气体中是有害杂质,能使催化剂中毒。随着工业的快速发展以及生产中日益强调节能降耗和人们的环保意识的增强,发展高效节能的吸附分离技术,以满足含一氧化碳工业产品和尾气中各物质的分离、净化和提纯,有着重要的社会和经济意义。而络合吸附分离过程以其高吸附容量和高选择性的特点,吸引了研究人员的广泛关注。

首先用水热法合成法制备得到金属有机骨架多孔材料(HKUST-1),通过调节时间和控制温度来调节活性金属CuCl(固相研磨法引入HKUST-1)的分散程度从而制得到π络合吸附剂CuHT。用重量吸附仪测定CuHT对一氧化碳、氮气和氢气的吸附性能(对比单组份的吸附容量)。通过XRD和BET表征制备的吸附剂,从而分析得到吸附剂的结构和分离性能间的关系。

Abstract:The synthesis of many important chemical products requires carbon monoxide as a raw material gas, while carbon monoxide is a harmful impurity in many industrial gases, which can poison the catalyst. With the rapid development of industry and the increasing emphasis on energy saving and the improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection, the development of energy-efficient adsorption and separation technology to meet the carbon monoxide industrial products and exhaust gas in the separation, purification and purification, is important Social and economic significance. The π-complex adsorption separation process attracts the attention of the researchers with its high adsorption capacity and high selectivity. First, the metal organic skeleton porous material (HKUST-1) was prepared by hydrothermal method, and the degree of dispersion of active metal CuCl (solid phase grinding method introduced into HKUST-1) was adjusted by adjusting the time and the control temperature to obtain complex Adsorbent CuHT.
