摘要:本文使用固体超强酸作为催化剂,研究了丙烯酸和环戊醇反应合成丙烯酸环戊酯。本实验采用的是控制变量法,选取反应时间,反应温度,反应投料比作为研究的对象,在其它条件不变的情况下,通过调节某一因素的变化,旨在探究实验最佳的反应条件。本论文在探索影响反应收率的因素同时,也在这些方面做了工艺改进。本文确定的最佳反应条件为:反应时间5小时,反应温度95℃,反应投料比n(环戊醇):n(丙烯酸)=1:1.5。此外本文也探索固体酸催化剂的重复套用性能。6865

Catalytic Synthesis of Nano-acrylate
Abstract:This article uses nano solid superacid as a catalyst to study the reaction of acrylic acid and cyclopentanol cyclopentyl acrylate ester synthesis. Used in this experiment is the control variable method, select the reaction time, reaction temperature, feed ratio as a research object, the other conditions remain unchanged, by adjusting certain factors change, aims to explore the optimal reaction conditions experiment . In this paper, to explore the factors that affect the reaction yield, it is also made these process improvements. This article identifies the optimal reaction conditions were: reaction time of 5 hours, the reaction temperature 95 ℃, reaction feed ratio n (cyclopentanol): n (acrylic acid) = 1.5. Besides, the paper also explores the solid acid catalyst reapply performance.
