Microelectrode Used in Biochemical Analysis
Abstract: With the rapid development of electrochemical and micro system technology, microelectrode has been widely used in biological electrochemical, spectrum electrochemistry, capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection system, life science and related disciplines such as biology, cell biology, immunology, environmental analysis and monitoring. The surface of microelectrode is so extremely small that electrochemical properties of microelectrodes has many unique advantages which are not available in conventional electrodes. On the other hand, because the volume of the microelectrode is very small, it can be inserted in vivo to analyze the information in real time and continuous, therefore microelectrode won the important application in life science research. This paper summarized the biochemical analysis of microelectrodes in many areas of application, and pointed out that with the continuous development and social progress, microelectrode will become more and more important. Then it will be make people to understand the development situation of microelectrode in the future.

微电极在生化分析中的应用
1 引 言
微电极是上世纪吹冰十年代发展起来的，并在电化学以及电分析化学中展示了广阔的应用前景，它不仅在生物电化学还有生命科学及分析化学等领域应用广泛而且微电极在记录各种细胞的静息电位和动作电位起着至关重要的作用。不仅如此，如今研究人员还研究出了微电极组，实现了同时刺激和记录更多的神经元的功能。微电极不仅在科学研究中扮演着重要的角色，而且在治疗一些疾病时也起到了重要的作用。例如，中国科学院曾研究过用于视网膜修复的微电极，利用体内植入电极对视细胞进行电刺激，能使患者的视力得到一定程度的恢复。由于人体内部条件复杂，并且微电极需要与组织长时间共存并向其提供适宜的电刺激，因此要求其性质必须稳定，并且具有很好的生物兼容性，能够长时间持续工作而不易被体液腐蚀[1]。在本篇文章中将主要介绍微电极在生化分析的各个领域中的应用。
