摘 要:本实验采用水热法,以Eu2O3,Y2O3,NH4VO3为原料合成稀土离子Eu3+掺杂的YVO4:Eu3+纳米发光材料。利用XRD,SEM对所得的样品的结构和形貌进行表征,并使用LS55型荧光光谱仪对所得样品的光谱性质进行了分析。同时在不同pH值条件下合成了具有不同形貌与颗粒大小的YVO4:Eu3+发光微粒;通过控制添加剂十吹冰烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的加入量对纳米颗粒的形貌进行调控。实验结果表明:实验所合成YVO4:Eu3+样品均具有四方锆石结构,混合溶液的pH、CTAB的加入量对样品的形貌与颗粒大小密切相关。水热法合成的YVO4:Eu3+纳米材料具有较高的结晶度,而且具有较高的荧光强度。关键词:YVO4:Eu3+纳米材料;水热法;发光8015
Synthesis of Yttrium Vanadate Materials and Luminescence Properties
Abstract: YVO4:Eu3+ nanocrystals were synthesized by a hydrothermal reaction with different conditions in the experiment, using Eu2O3,Y2O3 and NH4VO3 the starting materials. The composition and phase purity of the samples were examined by XRD and the morphology was inspected using SEM. The result indicates that YVO4:Eu3+ nanocrystals with multiform morphologies and different particle size can be obtained under different pH values. The as-prepared samples are tetragonal YVO4 and the pH value and concentration of CTAB are closely related to the morphology and particle size of the sample. YVO4:Eu3+nanocrystals exhibit bright fluorescence intensity under the excitation of UV light.
