摘要:本课题选用具有良好抑菌性的百里香精油,成功制备了粒径分布均匀的纳米精油胶囊,随后将该纳米精油胶囊应用于皮胶原,研究其与皮胶原模拟物(明胶、聚乙烯醇、聚酰胺)的相互作用。采用动态激光散射和扫描电镜对纳米精油胶囊的微观形貌进行表征,通过热重分析仪和傅里叶红外光谱对纳米精油胶囊与皮胶原模拟物的作用进行研究。结果表明:所制备纳米精油胶囊的平均粒径为349.4nm,粒度分布系数为0.029,包埋率为34.65%;纳米精油胶囊只有少量以物理吸附的方式与皮胶原模拟物作用,其余的可能是以氢键、酯键和共价键等方式结合;pH在4.0左右,纳米胶囊用量在25%左右,纳米精油胶囊与3种皮胶原模拟物作用效果较好,其他影响因素不尽相同。关键字: 纳米精油胶囊;皮胶原模拟物;相互作用;机理8498
Preparation and application in leather field
of essential oil nanocapsule
Abstract:Nanocapsules loading thyme essential oil which has good antibacterial activity were prepared successfully with well-distributed size . Then the essential oil nanocapsules were used in collagen models, interaction with the ananlogs of leather collagen, such as gelatin, polyvinyl alcohol and polyamide was researched. Detailed characterization of the essential oil nanocapsules was investigated using dynamic laser light scattering (DLS) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and the combination of the essential oil nanocapsules with collagen models were studied. The results shows: the average size of nanocapsules loading thyme essential oil was 349.4nm, FDI was 0.029, and the embedding rate was 34.65%; nanocapsules reacted with collagen models by little physical absorption, others by esterification and covalent bond; when the pH is 4.0, the quality of nanocapsules is about 25%, the nanocapsule has better reaction with three collagen models, other factors are not the same.
