摘 要:论文建立了微乳液毛细管电动色谱对化妆品中所含防腐剂的种类进行定性检测和分离的预警方法。重点研究了波长、电压、缓冲溶液(磷酸氢二钠和微乳液)的浓度等因素对定性检测和分离的影响。在最优实验条件下:波长227 nm、电压17 kV、8%微乳液(3.24%正庚烷+13.24%SDS+26.44%正丁醇+57.08%蒸馏水)+35mmol/L磷酸氢二钠,定性地检测出了化妆品模拟样品中的防腐剂苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾,并实现了基线分离。本方法操作简单,检测灵敏度高,可广泛的用于化妆品质量监测和样品分析。8892 关键词:微乳液毛细管电动色谱;化妆品;苯甲酸钠;山梨酸钾;
A New Microemulsion Electrokinetic Chromatography Warning Method
for The Detection of Preservatives in Cosmetic Products
Abstract:A new microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography warning method for qualitative detection and separation preservatives in cosmetic products is established in this paper.The influences of wavelength,voltage,and applied buffer concentration such as disodium hydrogen phosphate and microemulsion on the qualitative detection and separation were studied.Under the optimal experimental conditions:Wavelength 227 nm,voltage 17 kV,8% microemulsion (3.24% N-heptane + 13.24% SDS + 26.44% Butanol + 57.08% Distilled water) + 35mmol/L disodium hydrogen phosphate,analog samples were determined to detect qualitatively whether they are containing sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate,and achieved baseline separation.The method has the advantages of simple operation and high detection sensitivity,which can be widely used in quality monitoring and analysis of cosmetics samples.
