Synthesis and Structural Characterization of
the Dimethylamino Benzaldehyde Condensation 5-(4-bromophenyl )-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-amine Schiff base
Abstract: Plant growth regulator is a kind of organic compound with plant regulate function synthesized by artificial methods. In order to find the plant growth regulators with a better activity, in this thesis, by using the bioisosterism and substructure link Method, we have designed and synthesized Dimethylamino benzaldehyde condensation 5-(4-bromophenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-amine Schiff base. Through the literatures retrieval, we’ve been reviewed the biological activities, the synthesis conditions and methods of 1,3,4-thiadiazoles and compounds of Schiff base. Their structure are confirmed and characterized by m.p. , IR and Elemental analysis. Of course, to make
their structure clear further confirmation are also needed by MS and 1H NMR. In addition, it is also systematically discussed about theirphysical and chemical properties, IR, elemental analysis and synthesis conditions.
