摘要:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)是重要的化学环境的方法之一。在这个项目中PET降解利用混合溶剂进行反应,通过使用相同浓度的NaOH作为催化剂,去离子水,四氢呋喃,1,4—二氧吹冰环组成的不同的混合溶剂,以比较它们的效果降解率的对苯二甲酸和乙二醇作为主要单体的固体产物分析,通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)。对苯二甲酸(94%)的产量进行比较,降解的时间比较,在不同温度下用混合溶剂溶剂和0.5克作为催化剂的NaOH。

Mixed solvent degradation of PET
Abstract:Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is an important chemical environment of the methods. In this project, the use of a mixed solvent of PET degradation reaction, by using the same concentration of NaOH as a catalyst, deionized water, tetrahydrofuran, 1,4 - dioxo-hexane mixed solvent of different composition, in order to compare their effects degradation rates terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol as a main monomer, the solid product was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Terephthalic acid (94%) of the comparison output, degradation of the time comparison at different temperatures using a mixed solvent as the solvent and 0.5 g of the catalyst NaOH.
