本论文应用重量分析法测量了在一定条件下超临界CO2在聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)及其共混物中的溶解量。系统地研究了溶解度与温度、溶解度与PC/PMMA共混物组分含量之间的关系。实验结果表明:CO2在PC、PMMA共混物中的溶解度随着温度的增加而降低。CO2在PC、PMMA及其共混物中的溶解度随着PMMA所占比例的增大而逐渐增大,当PMMA含量为0%即纯PC时的溶解度最小,当PMMA含量为100%即纯PMMA时溶解度最大,而CO2在PC、PMMA的共混物中的溶解度介于PC与PMMA两者之间。9706

Title Investigation of solubility of supercritical carbon dioxide in PC/PMMA blends
Abstract
In this paper, we measured the solubility of supercritical carbon dioxide in PC, PMMA and its blends with gravimetric method, and the relation was investigated among temperatures, the component content of the blends and solubility. The experimental temperatures were 50℃ and 70℃, the experimental pressure was 20 MPa, and PC/PMMA were 10/90; 30/70; 50/50, respectively. The experimental data showed that: the solubility of CO2 in the PC90%/PMMA10% and PC70%/PMMA30% decrease with temperature increasing. The solubility of CO2 in PC, PMMA and its blends increase gradually with the mass fraction of PMMA increasing. When the content of PMMA is 0%, it has minimum solubility. When the content of PMMA is 100%, it has maximum solubility. And the solubility of CO2 in the blends was between the PC and PMMA.
