摘要:本论文是在了解了一种制备对称有机硒醚的新方法: 是在氮气保护下,用水做溶剂,室温条件下利用硼氢化钠还原硒粉时得到硒氢化钠,在与水溶丙烯酸乙酯,发生亲核加成反应,对水不溶的苯乙炔或着其他α,β-不饱和化合物则需要另外加入DMF作为溶剂,进行反应,合成了7个对称的硒醚产物,得到52%的分离收率。同时对反应温度、溶剂量、水量、酸碱条件等相关因素对反应产率的影响做了探讨,最终经讨论得出:由氨基嘧啶炔与Se/CO/H2O体系反应合成二硒醚,不加碱,产率较高。反应的最适宜溶剂是DMF,最佳反应温度是92℃,水即是该反应的溶剂又是反应物。在常压下利用该反应就能合成二硒醚了。关键词:氨基嘧啶炔;Se/CO/H2O体系;硒粉;二硒醚10121
Alkyne Synthesis of Amino-pyrimidine Diselenide
Abstract: In this paper,a new preparation method of symmetrical organoselenides was reported. In the presence of nitrogen, selenium was reduced to sodium hydrogen selenide by sodium borohydride at room temperature in water. In this solution,water soluble hydroxyethyl acrylate was added to react with sodium hydrogen selenide via nuchleophilic addition. DMF should be added to this solution for the reactions of water insoluble phenylacetylene or other α,β-unstaturated compounds. Seven symmetrical organoselenides were afforded. Theproduct of steric hindered methyl methacrylate yielded in 52%. The effect of various operation conditions, such as reaction temperature, the amount of selenium and water and so on was systematically investigated.The optimum reaction conditions of selective hydrogenation were reported: In the system of Se/CO/H2O,Without addition of a base, Alkyne synthesis of amino-pyrimidine diselenide, and reaction temperatures of 92 ℃.The optimum yield could reach 61% at optimum mentioned reaction conditions.
