摘要蜡是彩色聚合墨粉的重要组成部分,主要功能是帮助墨粉从热定影鼓上脱离,增强颜料及电荷控制剂的分散性。本文主要涉及两方面的研究,一方面是聚乙烯蜡的乳化,我们探究了不同种类复合乳化剂和乳化剂用量对乳液稳定性及粒径的影响;二是采用原位乳液聚合的方法用苯丙包覆聚乙烯蜡,在这个方面,我们主要讨论了不同乳化剂用量对包覆粒子性能的影响。研究发现,当非离子乳化剂吐温-80与span-80复合使用且质量比为4:1时,所得乳状分散聚乙烯蜡乳液性质稳定且粒度分布最小;在采用苯丙包覆聚乙烯蜡方面,我们研究了乳化剂SDS用量对包覆粒子粒径的影响,发现单体用量:SDS用量为20:1时包覆效果最好。10584

Title The preparation of polyethylene wax emulsion and the Research of its coating
Abstract
The wax is an important component of the color polymerization toner, the main function is to help the toner detachment from the heat fixing drum, and enhance the dispersion of pigment and charge control agent .This paper mainly involves two aspects, firstly ,the emulsification of the polyethylene wax, we explore the effect of different types of composite emulsifier and the amount of emulsifier on the emulsion stability and particle size; secondly, emulsion polymerization with styrene-acrylic resin coated with polyethylene wax, and in this aspect, we discussed the effect of different amount of emulsifier on the performance of the coated particle .
