大班幼儿同伴交往的现状研究——以L幼儿园为例
在幼儿园中幼儿同伴交往对幼儿的发展起着至关重要的作用，近年来也引起了教育者以及相关学术界的重视，开始对幼儿园中幼儿同伴交往的行为进行研究，笔者对相关的文献进行了检索，并对相关的文献进行了仔细的阅读、分析和整理后发现，已有的文献研究里面幼儿的同伴交往虽得到了许多的关注，但是以往的研究较多关注幼儿在游戏中的交往关系，而较少对大班幼儿交往行为进行研究，研究的角度不够全面，为了弥补那些不足，所以本次论文笔者选择了大班幼儿同伴交往行为的现状研究作为研究课题。
一、幼儿同伴交往的概述
（一）幼儿同伴交往的概念
一般认可的幼儿同伴交往是，年龄相同或相近的儿童之间或心理发展水平相当的个体之间在交往过程中建立发展起来的人际关系。[1]对幼儿来说，他们的世界与我们成年人的世界不同，真正属于他们社会的是：幼儿之间的年龄相近，兴趣相仿，拥有平等的支配权，在一起玩耍时有一种自由而宽松的氛围，在这种氛围下幼儿可以充分的表现自我、发展自我和肯定自我，心理可以感受到积极向上而放松愉悦的心情。
