摘要:教师对幼儿绘画作品的评价行为不仅影响幼儿的审美能力,对教师教育工作的展开也有一定的影响力,正确的评价行为是提高教育质量的必要手段。可以说,在美术活动中,评价是必不可少的一个重要环节。鉴于此,本文通过观察法,针对周口市S幼儿园状况展开调查,发现教师对中班幼儿绘画作品评价行为存在以下问题:忽视幼儿的自尊心和想象力;评价标准和方式单一,忽视个别差异;忽视幼儿的年龄特点,以成人的标准来衡量;只注重总结性评价,忽视过程性评价;教师对幼儿的评价缺乏正确引导等多个角度进行现状分析,并提出了改进策略:关注幼儿的自尊心,想象力,注重评价的全面性;改善单一的评价标准和方式,注重个别差异;注重幼儿的年龄特点,站在幼儿的角度评价;注重过程性评价;教师积极引导幼儿合理参与评价。评价更应该注重幼儿的多元发展,体现多层次性和多样性,评价语言具体恰当,体现激励性,评价与教学融合旨在有效的激发幼儿的绘画兴趣和积极性,使幼儿感受到自己的进步,体验到成功的快乐。37625

Analysis on Middle Class Children’s Paintings Evaluation Behavior of Teachers

Abstract: The aesthetic ability of teachers evaluation behavior of children's paintings not only affect the children's teacher education to work, but also have a certain influence, the correct evaluation is a necessary means to improve the quality of education. It can be said, in the fine arts activities, evaluation is an indispensable and important link. In view of this, this article through observation, investigation for Zhoukou city kindergarten teacher S, found the following problems on infant paintings evaluation behavior: ignoring children's self-esteem and imagination; single evaluation standards and methods, ignoring inpidual differences; neglect of children age characteristics, measured by the adult standards; focus on summary evaluation, ignoring the process evaluation; evaluation of teachers on children's lack of proper guidance and so on to analyze the current situation of multiple perspectives, and puts forward improvement strategies: pay attention to children's self-esteem, imagination, attention to the comprehensive evaluation; improve the single evaluation criteria and methods, paying attention to the inpidual differences; pay attention to the children's age characteristic, evaluation station in the children's perspective; pay attention to process evaluation; teachers actively guide the children to participate in the evaluation of reasonable. The multiple development evaluation should pay more attention to children's shows, multi-level and persity, evaluation of language specific embodiment of right, incentive, evaluation and teaching art to inspire children's interest and enthusiasm effectively, so that children feel their progress, to experience the joy of success.
