Research in Problems and Solutions of MICE in Shanghai
Abstract：China’s modern MICE industry begins to develop since become a member of WTO. Over the last decade by the international exhibition industry, the great industry driving force of MICE economy began to be realized , and accelerate the pace of development of MICE industry. The development path is different between China and others all the times. Not solid foundation for the development of industry and commerce becomes a major development constraints of MICE industry. And then, a lot of trouble come to appear in MICE industry. Through analyzing the status of Shanghai MICE industry, we come to conclusions that MICE industry market is not standardized; the education of MICE is not consummate; Brand consciousness MICE industry is weak. Suggestions and recommendations are put forward for the development of MICE industry in shanghai combine with experience of other countries, “China Petrochemical Innovation & Development Congress” for example.
