摘要以信息技术为核心的电子商务时代下，利用电子商务技术从事农产品的营销已经越来越受到大家的接受。然而由于农产品的特殊性和外部不确定因素，其供应链在生产运输销售中存在着诸多的风险。74226

本文笔者将通过对比传统的农产品供应链和电子商务环境下农产品供应链的区别,通过问卷调查法，了解到消费者在互联网购买生鲜农产品的过程中遇到了质量安全、信息流通、市场需求、价格、商家诚信、道德与法律政策等问题，同时根据这些问题的来源因素提出有价值的意见或建议。最后研究国外农产品电企业以及国内的典型案例“顺丰优选”它们在发展过程中的优缺点，结合前面研究的结论，找出适合国内农产品电商供应链风险预防和应对的策略。
