摘要:本篇论文主要介绍了我国转向架的研究现状以及国内外动力学的发展趋势,在此基础上以CRH2型动车组转向架的参数为主要建模依据。并利用SIMPACK软件研究了转向架悬挂参数对车动力学性能的影响,并根据仿真结果优化转向架的参数。
本论文仿真分析得出:一系纵向定位刚度在仿真参数变化范围内,系统的临界速度是增大的;同时脱轨系数和其他动力学指标均变大,车辆的乘坐舒适性下降。经过整理后发现,纵向定位刚度对车辆曲线通过性有很大的影响,而且增大纵向定位刚度会使曲线通过能力降低;横向定位刚度对临界速度影响较小,同时曲线通过能力也降低。当空气弹簧的水平刚度和垂向刚度的逐步增大时,车辆的运行平稳性降低,并且空气弹簧的水平刚度对车辆的运行平稳性的影响大于垂向刚度对车辆的运行平稳性的影响。

The Influence of Bogie Parameters on Dynamic Performance
Abstract: this thesis mainly introduces the research status of bogie in China and the development trend of dynamics at home and abroad. On this basis, the parameters of bogie of CRH2 emu are taken as the main modeling basis. The influence of suspension parameters of bogie on vehicle dynamic performance was studied by using SIMPACK software, and the parameters of bogie were optimized according to simulation results.
It is conclude that that critical speed of a system is increased in the range of the simulate parameters. At the same time, the number of other dynamics has increased, and the vehicle's ride has decreased. After finishing, The horizontal stiffness has a small impact on the critical velocity, and the curve is reduced by the power. When the horizontal stiffness and vertical stiffness of air spring gradually increase, and the horizontal stiffness of air spring has a greater impact on the running stability of the vehicle than the vertical stiffness has on the running stability of the vehicle.
