摘要：本题设计的是一种可实现孔内径向盲孔加工的专用卧式钻床。钻床是一种在实际生产中应用十分普遍的金属加工机床，根据不同的结构形式大致可分为立式钻床及卧式钻床，根据设计时所使用技术水平的高低又可分为直驱钻床及传统钻床。目前在钻床设计及制造领域有许多特种加工或专用钻床，例如可实现孔壁抛光的特种孔内磨削加工机床及用于加工深长孔的深孔钻床。结合已有的各类钻床设计实例以及相对成熟的技术，本题中钻床的形式为应用传统传动方式的卧式数控钻床。

Horizontal drilling machine design

Abstract: This problem is designed as a special horizontal drilling machine that can realize radial blind hole machining in the hole. Drilling machine is a kind of metal processing machine which is widely used in actual production. According to different structure, it can be roughly pided into vertical drilling machine and horizontal drilling machine. According to the level of technology used in design, it can be pided into direct drive drilling machine and Traditional drilling machine. At present, there are many special machining or special drilling machines in the field of drilling machine design and manufacturing, such as special hole grinding machines that can perform hole wall polishing and deep hole drilling machines for deep hole drilling. Combined with existing design examples of various types of drilling machines and relatively mature technologies, the drilling machine in this issue is in the form of a horizontal conventional drilling machine.
