摘要:轧件在轧制、冷却和运输过程中,由于各种因素的影响,往往产生形状缺陷。某些型钢(如工字钢等)的断面会产生翼缘内并、外扩和扭转。板材和带钢则会产生纵向弯曲(波浪形)、横向弯曲、边缘浪形和中间瓢曲以及镰刀弯等。为了消除这些缺陷,轧件需要在矫直机上进行矫正。矫直过程中,矫直机的多个矫直辊对型材进行多次的反复弯曲,使原本具有多种曲率的型材达到在同一方向上的单一矫直曲率,再进行最后一次的弯曲后最终达到矫直的目的。本文通过对辊式矫直机的简单研究和论述的介绍了二辊式矫直机矫直矫直棒材的设计过程和设计要素。二辊一个是凸辊,一个是凹辊,通过导卫板形成一个被矫棒材矫直通道。通过辊形曲线的配合,实现矫直功能。8010
