本文从基础理论分析入手,以多Agent系统理论为指导,阐述了供应链企业社会责任管理系统的运行机制。通过对企业社会责任绩效评价理论和现有绩效评价体系的分析,结合供应链企业社会责任绩效评价的特点,构建了基于层次分析法的供应链企业社会责任绩效评价指标体系。为供应链企业社会责任绩效的量化分析和持续改进提供了理论依据。 毕业论文关键词: 企业社会责任; 供应链; 核心企业; 绩效评价
Supply Chain Corporate Social Responsibility Management and Performance Evaluation:Based on the View of Core Companies
Abstract:With the development of the globalization of world economy and the pision of labor in society, the competition between companies is replaced by the competition between supply chains. Thus, CSR(Corporation Social Responsibility)management and CSR performance evaluation not only involve an inpidual company, but also involve the whole supply chain. The core company is the leader of the supply chain. So, based on the view of core companies,this paper evaluated the supply chain social responsibility performance.
Firstly, this article summarized present researches about CSR and supply chain CSR. Secondly, based on the theory of MAS (Multi-Agent System), this paper constructed supply chain CSR management system. Thirdly, according to the research about CSR performance evaluation theory as well as the analysis of current typical evaluation systems;combined with the characteristics of social responsibility performance evaluation about the core corporation,this paper built an evaluation index system of supply chain CSR. And then demonstrated how to use the system to analyze the performance of supply chain CSR, and proposed a way to improve CSR.
