摘要：中小企业在我国国民经济的发展过程中起到了主力军的作用。但是由于中小企业自身发展力量薄弱、直接融资以及间接融资渠道不畅等原因，大部分中小企业只能凭借银行贷款或者内源性资金来发展壮大，普遍的融资困难现象制约着我国中小企业的发展。近年来随着互联网技术的快速发展，一些基于互联网平台的线上融资模式竞相出现。互联网技术和金融相结合的创新思维改变了传统企业的融资模式与渠道，能够有效的缓解现阶段我国中小企业的融资困难。本文首先分析了当前我国中小企业的融资现状与成因，接着阐述了互联网金融模式下中小企业的融资优势，并且以阿里巴巴为例深入探讨了互联网环境下新的融资模式，最后总结上文的研究论点与结论，并对未来研究进行展望。43567

The Research on SMEs Financing Issues and Internet Financing Mode

Abstract：Small and medium enterprises has played an important role in the development of China's national economy. However, most SMEs only by virtue of internal funds or bank loans to grow and develop, due to the weakness of SMEs in their development, the disadvantaged of direct and indirect financing etc. Financing problems of SMEs in the country is widespread, which restricts the development of SMEs in our country. With the rapid development of Internet technology, a number of online financing models based on the Internet platform are emerging. The combination of Internet technology and finance innovation thinking has changed the traditional enterprise financing mode and channel, which can effectively ease the financing problems of SMEs in our country at present stage. At first, this paper analyzes the current SMEs’ financing situation and reason, then expounds the Internet financial model of financing advantages. Alibaba was taken as an example to deeply analyze the new financing patterns under the Internet environment. At last, the thesis summarizes the research points and conclusions, and makes a prospect for future research.
